Want to know what happens when an engagement ring goes on a killing spree, then you need to read Stephanie Ayers, 50- page Til Death Do Us Part. This book was published on November 30, 2013, by Bannerwing Books.

What was meant to be a happy occasion turns deadly when Ian, a co-worker buys a classic Tiffany cut diamond ring. The ring goes on a deadly spree before it comes back to the intended person. The ring changes hands and leaves death behind. I love this book and read it all at one time. It is easy and simple to read and follow. This is a great book for anyone who loves to read a short story on romance, and horror. This is an action, thrilling packed short story that will keep you attached to this book until you read to the end.

Book Review on The Girl Who Knew Da Vinci by Belle Ami

If you loved The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, then you will want to read this 240-page The Girl Who Knew Da Vinci (Out of Time Thriller #1) by Belle Ami. This interesting book was published on June 1, 2018 by Tema N. Merback

Belle Ami lives with husband, two children, a dog, and a horse in California. She has written other books previously before writing this novel. Her first novel was a Finalist for a National Book Award. Belle is the Kathryn McBride Scholar of the Brynn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. Her hobbies consist of skiing, hiking, cooking, spinning, boxing, and of course, writing.

The two main characters are Angela Renatus, an art historian, who is haunted by dreams of the past and Alex Caine, who is an art detective looking for a painting for his client. Another character is Scordato, Angela's old boss, who is also looking for the painting.
Angela is an art historian, working for Scordato. She is being haunted by dreams at night and during the day, having trouble with her boss. Alex was hired by his client to look for a painting that could repair his client's families reputation. Scordato is also looking for the same painting and thinks Angela will lead him to it. He will do anything to get that painting. After quitting her job, Angela is hired by Alex to help him find that painting. In the process, they get closer and find out that their lives have intertwined for generations. In their past lives, they have loved each other but it ended in tragedy. The ghosts of their past lives wants them to find the painting. Will finding the painting, break the curse of their past or will they die trying to find it? Will Scordato find the painting before they do? You will have to read the book to find out.

I enjoyed reading this book. What I loved about this book was that some of the characters were real. After reading this novel, I had to go on Google and check out the different characters and reading about their real life. It was interesting and it made the book more real. This format was fast paced and easy to read and follow with it going back and forth between the future and past lives of Angela. The storyline was intriguing and the characters meshed together that it was believable. It kept me reading from the first page until the end.

The only thing that I didn't like about the book was the bedroom scenes. The book could have worked better without them. The main characters were either thinking about it or they were doing it. There were some pages that I skipped over because of those scenes. I didn't realize that there would be so many when I first started this book.

I rate this book, 3 out of 4 stars. I gave this rating because it was a captivating story from the first page. I couldn't find any grammar mistakes. Even though I liked this book, it had too many bedroom scenes for my taste. I don't regret reading this book because the rest of it was great. If you love thrillers, then this is the book for you. This novel has a touch of the supernatural, romance, and crime all in one book. This novel is only for adult readers since there are many bedroom scenes and some violence. If you don't like bedroom scenes, then don't read this book.

Yesterday by Samyann book review

If you love a good time travel romance, then you will love the 570-page e-book, Yesterday: A Novel of Reincarnation by Samyann. This book was published by Samyann on January 20, 2013. This book is also available in a 404-page paperback.

Samyann is a Chicago native, who is interested in the history of her city as well as a fascination of the past, present, and future. This led her to write this book which took 9 months to write.

Yesterday is a novel that takes you to the edge of your seat. Have you ever felt like you knew someone the first moment you met them? This book is about Amanda and Mark, who met when Amanda saved Mark's life. They both felt like they knew each other but didn't know how. As they delve into the past, they find out that they escaped the American Civil War with a slave couple who loved them and what they went through in the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. Can Mark convince Amanda that she can love again even though she has lost before? This book is a historical romance novel that expands time from the present to the past.

The main characters are Amanda, who works for a company Plethora, which appraises valuable antiques and publishes a magazine. Mark is a police officer, who rides a horse called Boomerang. His partner is Pete. They patrol the city on their horses. Mary is Amanda's godmother and the older sister of her mother. She is also a psychologist. Mary took care of Amanda and her brother when their parents died. The other main character is Oprah, Amanda's black cat. All the characters were believable and likable. You can relate to all the characters. Amanda evoked the most sympathy because, throughout the novel, you can understand why she is afraid to love Mark. She is afraid that she will lose him like all of the others she lost.

I enjoyed reading this book from the first moment. One of the reasons why I liked it was that it was easy to follow and to understand when the book kept going back to the past. The author wrote it in a way that you knew when it was going to happen. Another thing that I loved about this book was that even though it was fiction some of it was based on facts. The author wrote a section at the end with some of the references that she used and what they meant. While reading this book, I found that there was nothing that I didn't love about it.

I rate this book, 4 out of 4 stars. I gave this rating because it captivated me from the beginning. While reading this book, I didn't notice any mistakes. I believe this book would appeal to all kinds of readers. This would definitely appeal to readers who love romance, religion, spirituality, reincarnation, time travel, history, fantasy, and science fiction books.

Diary of a Snoopy Cat by R. F. Kristi book review

If you love a good kids mystery, then you will love the 182-page book, Diary of a Snoopy Cat (Inca Book Series 5) by R.F. Kristi. This book was published on the 28th of October in the year of 2017 by the author herself. It was sold by Amazon Digital Service. The author loves animals and has two cats of her own, Inca and Cara. R. F. Kristi is a former Professional of the United Nations Children's Fund. She has a doctor's degree in Economic Development. She currently lives in France but has traveled and lived in many countries. R. F. Kristi's favorite book to read is a good who-done-it.

Inca, a Siberian kitty, wants to be a detective. So she decides to start a diary so she can write it all down. Inca, along with her siblings, Cara (Siamese Kitty), and Fromage (Tabby-cat) and their friends help Boss, a dog to find a will that will allow Boss and his human, Ned stay in their house. Will they find the will before it's too late? The list of characters in this book also includes Charlotte, a dwarf hamster who is Fromage's best buddy, Missy (Mom), their human mom and Missy's Aunt Florence. The friends are Terrence, a golden retriever, who already helped his human solve mysteries and Monk, a Blue Russian cat.

One of the things that I loved about the book was the illustrations. They are cute little drawings that tie in with the story. With these drawings, we can see what the characters look like and see what some of the scenes look like. I also like that there are headings like what day and time it is and how many days before Christmas. I think with these headings it breaks up the book a little and will keep the reader's attention more.

One thing that I didn't like about the book was that it seemed a little slow in the beginning. It started to pick up on page 66 and that is when it caught my attention. At times, it did get confusing on the characters. I had to go back to the beginning of the book to see which of the characters was a cat, dog, or human.

"I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars." I gave this rating because even though I couldn't see any grammar or punctuation mistakes, it was a little slow in the beginning. I think this book would appeal to animal lovers and kids up to 8 to 12 years of age.

Little Bear and His Chair

I  am reviewing the 44-page children's book, Little Bear and his Chair by Claressa Swensen and illustrated by Alena Paklina. This book was published on July 15, 2018, by Claressa Swensen.

The author, Claressa Swensen

The Author

Claressa has written many children's books. When she isn't writing, she is taking care of her own little bookworm. She lives in Northern Utah with her husband, baby girl, and two dogs.
According to Claressa, the reason she wrote this book was not only to teach the importance of sharing and taking responsibility for your actions but also to encourage building stronger friendships and valuing those relationships over material things (the author has given me permission for quoting her).
Alena Paklina, the illustrator, is an artist based in Russia. her style differs in airiness, harmonious combinations of colors, an unusual game of light and different textures. Little Bear is her first children's book and she plans to illustrate more in the future.

List of Books Written by Claressa

* Teensy the Littlest Fairy
* Dino Dino Doing Homework
* Nap Time with Harr

The Book

Little Bear has a favorite chair that he doesn't allow anyone to sit in except for himself. This causes problems when his best friend the lion sits in it one day. Little Bear gets mad, the Lion gets hurt and goes tell their friends which leads to no one playing with Little Bear. Will Little Bear realize that his friends are more important than his chair? Or, will he choose his chair over his friends?
This book is full of beautiful illustrations that flow consistently with its color theme of reds, Browns, and greens. It has a fluidity to it that it's easy to read and follow along. I love this book because even though there is bullying in this book there is also a lesson to be learned. In the end, Little Bear did learn a valuable lesson.
I think this book is great for little children to read because it touches on sharing, bullying, and what's important. This is a book in which one will learn a lesson in.

More book by Gary Edward Gedall

This is a list of some other books written by the Author. There were too many to write so I just selected a few.

- The Zen Approach to Low Impact Training and Sports: A Simple Method for Achieving a Healthy Body and a Healthy Mind (April 12, 2015)
- The Island of Serenity Book 1: Survival ( December 3, 2014)
- The Island of Serenity Book 2: Sun & Rain (January 5, 2015)
- Tasty Bites 1: Face to Face (January 21, 2015)
- Tasty Bites 2: The Woman of my Dreams ( February 3, 2015)

About the Book

This book introduces the lonely and scared, Peter the Pixie. He arrives in a place that he doesn't know. He is wet, cold, and hungry. He finds shelter. Then something happens that makes him leave that shelter. Where he ends up, he meets the ants. What happens next, you will need to read the book to find out.
The main characters in this book are Peter the Pixie, who arrives in this place on a leaf and who needs to find shelter, warmth and food and the other main characters are the ants, who help Peter. This book is a children's picture book with beautiful illustrations that help the story. There are no illustrations that don't belong there.
What I liked about the book was there is a lesson to be learned from this series. The author wrote this book in a way that it can stand on its own without the rest of the books that follow. The layout of the book makes it so that children can follow along. There is an illustration on each page. There was nothing that I disliked about this book. I am not a child but I can't wait to see what happens next. This book caught my attention from the beginning with its descriptive vocabulary. While reading this, I could picture the setting in my mind. My favorite part was the ending when the ant tells Peter why they helped him. I did think it was funny when at the beginning of the book, Peter tried to jump to the Rock and fell in the water.

Recommendations

I would recommend this book to children between the ages of 2 to 6. I believe that children who love to hear about fairy tales, myths, and folklore, would enjoy this. I also think that this is a great book for parents to read to their children.
