My thoughts

I have oily skin which means my skin will be prone to mild or severe acne, blackheads and whiteheads. I learned about the natural ingredients that will help control my face. The natural ingredients are:
-Tea Tree Oil
-Lemon Juice
-Lime Juice
-Milk
-Tomatoes
-Egg Whites
-Honey
-Yogurt
-Witch Hazel
-Apple cider Vinegar
-Cornstarch
-Cucumber
I didn't know that apple cider vinegar was good for my skin. I love ACV so I had to try the face mask for oily skin. This is one recipe that I will be using in the future.
All Natural Face Mask for Oily Skin Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
Mix all three ingredients in a bowl. Apply to face for 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

I tried this and after rinsing the mask off, my face was softer. I love it. this is a great face mask. My skin is still soft and feels great.

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning how to take care of their skin the natural way. And anyone who is interested in beauty, grooming and skin care products.
I did find some grammar mistakes but it didn't take away anything from the book. There was nothing about this book that I didn't like. I love that it was easy to understand and follow. It is set up with a recipe with its ingredients and directions. It is also easy to read.
I also love that it gives you recipes for the hair and body, for the face, and your hand and feet. I am going to keep this book because I will be going back through it to make some of these recipes myself.
Another thing that I love about this book is that it contains more than one recipe for a product. For example, there are different recipes for a face mask. You can choose which one you like or which one you have the ingredients for. One recipe for a mask calls for brown sugar, granulated sugar, almond oil and pumpkin pie spice whereas another one calls for ground sage, coconut oil, coconut milk and sea salt. I love that there are different options for different people.
This book is easy to navigate. Anyone can read this book and understand what is being said.
